Collaborated with the World Federation of United Nations Association and the will power of the organization, take the initiative in working hand in hand, on a broad range of fundamental issues, from sustainable development, environment and refugees protection, disaster relief, counter terrorism, disarmament and non-proliferation, to promoting democracy, human rights, gender equality and the advancement of women, governance, economic and social development and international health, clearing landmines, expanding food production, and more, in order to achieve the United Nations goals and coordinate efforts for a safer world for this and future generations.
Currently establishing the organization headquarters at the State of Qatar that will serve as the meeting office where UN diplomats and staff, multilateral organizations, governmental and non-governmental partners can work on difficult issues in a quiet, off-the-record atmosphere out of the public eye.

Spearheaded the system of supporting the principles and programs of the United Nations and collaborated with WFUNAF as the organization representative delegated to submit the organization objectives as:

 For coordination activities and more of its members, and encourage the establishment of new facilities for the Friends of the United Nations.
 Cooperation, where appropriate, with other organizations that include objects with the support of the United Nations and it's development.
 To promote tolerance and understanding, solidarity and cooperation among men, women and children in all parts of the world without discrimination on the basis of race, sex, language, religion or political orientation.
 To contribute to the elimination of obstacles to peace, work for justice and security and disarmament, and promoting the development of peaceful coexistence and cooperation among States.
 To seek recognition and respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms in all parts of the world and recognize the responsibilities and duties involving the rights of individuals, groups and nations.
 To promote economic development, promote social progress and better standards of living.
 To promote research, information and education on the objectives of the Charter of the United Nations and the work of the United Nations system.
 Through the World Federation of United Nations Friends networks enable people to communicate with each other on critical global issues that affect us all, for peace, human rights, the right to spread democracy, equitable development, and international justice.
 The drafting of the constitution for the World Federation of United Nations Friends and the Calends in the framework of the principles and programs and charters of the United Nations to organize the work inside and outside the World Federation of United Nations Friends locally and internationally.

Provides leadership and governance of the Board so as to create the conditions for overall Board’s and individual Director’s effectiveness, and ensures that all key and appropriate issues are discussed by the Board in a timely manner.

Ensures that the Board is properly briefed on issues arising at Board meetings and receives, in a timely manner, adequate information which must be accurate, clear, complete and reliable, to fulfill its duties, such as reports on the Group’s performance, the issues, challenges and opportunities facing the Group, and matters reserved to it for decision.

Arranges informal meetings of the Directors at least annually, including meetings of the Non-executive Directors at which the Chief Executive is not present, and ensures that sufficient time and consideration is given to complex, contentious or sensitive issues.

Ensures that there is effective communication with shareholders, and that each Director develops and maintains an understanding of the stakeholders’ views.

 Establish good corporate governance practices and procedures and promotes the highest standards of integrity, probity and corporate governance throughout the Group and particularly at Board level.

• Created the successful niche publications, Egypt Business Guide, Egypt Commercial Directory and Eye of Egypt, resulting in a 35% spike in profit and spearheaded successful cooperative ventures with local broadcast outlets which further strengthened relationships between the business guide and community through positive press and public relations.
• Directed the design and development of website with a strong focus on information coverage, including daily multiple updates and increased customer satisfaction, as measured by two independent market surveys over a 5 year timeframe.
• Developed marketing partnerships with local newspaper that allowed an operational streamlining of personnel costs, turned around a failing information channel, the Egypt Business Guide & Commercial Directory in one year.
• Conceptualized and implemented creative and compelling marketing program that increased revenues by 20%.
• Conducted internal audits to identify systemic problems. Personally visited and evaluated majority of programs eliminating poor performers. Assigned accountability to each Deputy Commissioner/ Director for quality and to ensure adherence to new standards and policies.
